CHINESE home appliance giant Suning Appliance Co said over the weekend its net profit rose 15.38 percent year on year in the third quarter of this year thanks to the government's policies to boost domestic demand and recovery in consumer confidence.
Suning said its net profit for the third quarter was 704.82 million yuan (US$103.19 million). Sales for July-September rose 8.02 percent to 14.24 billion yuan.
