Wal-Mart names new head

WAL-MART Stores Inc announced yesterday a new top executive appointment for its Chinese branch to take over from an interim replacement after the previous head had to resign in the wake of a false labelling investigation last October.
Greg Foran, senior vice president for Walmart International, will replace Scott Price, president and CEO of Walmart Asia and interim CEO for Walmart China, the world's largest retailer said in a statement. Foran will be president and CEO on March 1.
The main priority for Foran is to help the retail giant to continue growing in Chinese mainland.
