Anti-dumping review on
CHINA yesterday started to review anti-dumping measures it imposed on chloroprene rubber imported from a Japanese company, the Ministry of Commerce said.
The move came after the ministry received complaints that Japan Electric Chemical Co increased dumping activities and flouted the country's anti-dumping measures, the ministry said in a statement.
In May 2005, the ministry imposed anti-dumping duties ranging from 2 percent to 151 percent on imported chloroprene rubber from Japan, the United States and the European Union with a term of five years. In 2011, the ministry extended the duties for five more years.
