SHANGHAI Free Trade Zones Administration have attracted 16 financial leasing companies from home and abroad since it began the pilot service two years ago, its officials said yesterday. The leasing assets operated in its zones include 35 airliners, six helicopters, four vessels and other large-scale equipment worth US$2.5 billion in total. The administration will establish a leasing asset trading center in the next step and improve the evaluation services for leasing companies to cut the financial risk in trading.
