HONG Kong's yuan deposits grew by 1.4 percent to 627.3 billion yuan (US$99.5 billion) at the end of November, according to data published yesterday by its monetary authority.
The data showed the total remittance of yuan for cross-border trade settlement totaled 184.99 billion yuan in November, against 161.46 billion yuan in October.
Hong Kong's total yuan deposits with authorized institutions gained 0.8 percent in November.
