HR solutions provider Adecco has set up a joint venture in Shanghai with Beijing Foreign Enterprise Human Resources Service Co (FESCO) to ride on the growing human resource service market on the Chinese mainland.
FESCO will hold 51 percent of the shares while Adecco takes the balance.
FESCO also said the joint venture will allow it access to Adecco's worldwide HR service network and help it go overseas.
