Lumesse teams up with KNX in recruitment services

LUMESSE, a UK-based talent management solution provider, has teamed up with KNX, a Chinese human resources services provider, to tap growing demand of Chinese companies to manage talent with digital technology.

Lumesse will offer KNX clients performance assessment, succession program, learning technologies, and platforms that could facilitate recruitment through social media such as WeChat.

Thomas Volk, CEO of Lumesse, said the company aimed to double its revenue in China within the next two years helped by this partnership.

“For us it is an important partnership as we have well-respected technologies and solutions while KNX has developed the local resources, contents, and expertise that we lack,” said Volk. “Together we will be able to offer clients solutions that meet their needs.”

Chinese companies are especially quick in adapting big data and mobile technologies in managing their talent, Volk said.
