Shanghai inflation slows to 3.6%

Shanghai's Consumer Price Index in April rose 3.6 percent from a year earlier, data from the Shanghai Statistics Bureau showed. That compares with inflation of 3.8 percent a month earlier. Food prices gained 8 percent from a year earlier.
