Storage base talks
SINOPEC is said to be in talks with the Singapore Economic Development Board to set up a storage base in the island state.
China Business News cited an unnamed Singaporean official as saying the project is expected to be launched soon and will be used to store quantities of crude, refined oil and lubricants.
China's second-largest oil producer is also said to be in talks for other possible upstream and downstream projects with the EDB.
