Trade and investment to solve differences
CHINESE Premier Wen Jiabao said yesterday that Sino-US differences could be resolved through trade and investment.
At a meeting in Phnom Penh, Wen told US President Barack Obama that the Sino-US relationship was now one of the most important bilateral ties in the world and maintaining its development was in the interests of both countries.
Obama told Wen: "I'm committed to working with China and I'm committed to working with Asia."
China and the US had a "special responsibility" to lead the way on sustained global growth, he said.
