US protest over tariffs

The Greater Phoenix Economic Council is filing a formal letter of protest to the US Department of Commerce and the International Trade Commission against tariffs on Chinese solar cells and modules.
A US ruling slapped preliminary duties of up to 250 percent on Chinese solar imports in May.
The Phoenix economic development group's renewable energy incentive has drawn a number of solar companies to Arizona, including China's Suntech.
