Germany's SGL Group, a manufacturer of carbon-based materials, has secured a contract worth more than 20 million euros (US$25 million) to help a Chinese fertilizer maker recycle and reuse waste acid. SGL will supply hydrogen chloride recovery circuits to Qinghai Salt Lake Industry Co by the end of 2013 for the latter's magnesium smelting and chemical manufacturing complex.
