XINJIANG Goldwind Science and Technology Co said it has won two orders in the United States to supply five 1.5-megawatt turbines to wind farms in Ohio and Rhode Island.
Urumqi-based Goldwind, China's No. 2 wind turbine maker after Sinovel Wind Group Co, first entered the US last year by supplying turbines to a project in Minnesota.
