AGRICULTURE-RELATED loans by Chinese banks in Shanghai climbed last year, said the China Banking Regulatory Commission Shanghai branch earlier.
By the end of 2011, the total agricultural loan balance of the banks in the city was 133.8 billion yuan (US$21.1 billion), up 30.5 billion yuan from the beginning of the year.
