Bank complaints dip
COMPLAINTS over banking services dropped in Shanghai in June as banks improved services during the World Expo.
The Shanghai Bureau of the China Banking Regulatory Commission yesterday said it received 283 complaints last month, down 33.1 percent from a year ago. Most complaints were about credit cards, wealth management and service charges. Banks also improved hotline services as wait times decreased, the regulator said.
