SHANGHAI Pudong Development Bank will have a new president and vice chairman next week as the lender filled the vacancy after eight months. Zhu Yuchen, general manager of China Financial Futures Exchange, will succeed Fu Jianhua, who quit in January, a statement said yesterday.
