CIRC bans gambling insurance products

THE China Insurance Regulatory Commission issued an urgent notice today to suspend the sales of insurance products related to gambling.
The notice was released during the FIFA World Cup soccer tournament. Some insurance firms recently launched products related to gambling, which is illegal in China.
