COMMONWEALTH Bank of Australia has opened its first branch on Chinese mainland in Shanghai to capitalize on the rising trade between China and Australia.
The Shanghai branch will run corporate banking services. The bank opened a representative office in Beijing as its first foray into the mainland market.
