CHINA Citic Bank teamed up with China Eastern Airlines to issue a co-branded credit card to attract frequent travelers. The Beijing-based bank wants to have 10 million credit cards circulating this years, and cooperating with merchants and airlines is one way to boost card circulation.
The bank is an early issuer of platinum credit cards to upmarket consumers in China.
