THE Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and the Bank of Communications will each offer 20 billion yuan (US$3.1 billion) to Shanghai's Zhangjiang High-Tech Park to support the park operator and the high-tech companies in the park.
Of the total credit, 25 billion yuan will be granted to the operator and its subsidiaries, 8 billion yuan will go to small and medium-sized companies while the remaining 7 billion yuan will go to big firms in the park.
