DBS plans to hire

DBS, the biggest Southeast Asian bank, plans to add its head count by 200 in China this year.

Corporate banking now is the main contributor to the bank's revenue in China, with corporate loans and deposits accounting for more than 80 percent of its total credit and savings business.

The Singapore-based bank has 16 branches and sub-branches in China, covering the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta, Beijing and Tianjin.
