Deal on cross-listings

SHANGHAI Stock Exchange is due to sign a deal next Monday with Brazil's BM&F Bovespa to start cross-listings of stocks between the two countries. The cooperation between the Shanghai bourse and Latin America's biggest exchange operator will offer more access for listed companies in both countries to raise capital in another market.
