CHINA Galaxy Securities soared as high as 11.3 percent on its debut in Hong Kong yesterday.
Shares of China's seventh-largest brokerage leaped to as high as HK$5.90 (76 US cents).
The stock closed at HK$5.62, a 6 percent gain from the issue price of HK$5.30, while the benchmark Hang Seng Index dipped 0.45 percent to 23,261 points.
