Guangdong Development Bank Credit card deal with airline

GUANGDONG Development Bank yesterday teamed up with China Eastern Airlines to launch a co-branded credit card to target frequent fliers. The Guangdong-based bank will seek more means to increase its card in circulation. The bank had issued about 10 million cards as of the end of 2009.
