CHEN Yin has been appointed as Party secretary and executive deputy director of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration to take charge of its day-to-day operation, according to an updated official list on the zone’s website.
Chen, 52, was also appointed deputy secretary-general of Shanghai Municipal Government.
