HONG Kong shares finished 1.70 percent higher today following a positive lead from Wall Street and on hopes for the Chinese economy.
The Hang Seng Index rose 352.76 points to 21,094.21 on turnover of HK$42.58 billion (US$5.50 billion).
Chinese markets were closed for a public holiday.--AFP
