The Internet rules in FTZ will be guided by national laws with no special treatment.
Zone officials said yesterday that on the premises of safeguarding the information security, the overseas-funded enterprises are permitted to operate particular forms of added-value telecommunication services.
And those that “break through” the current administrative regulations should seek approvals from the State Council.
