THE Chinese securities regulator yesterday said it has approved lead futures contracts designed by the Shanghai Futures Exchange.
The date to launch the trading is yet to be decided by the exchange, according to a statement by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
The exchange trades futures contracts in eight materials, including gold, copper, aluminium and zinc.
