THE Chinese securities regulator yesterday said it has approved the trading of lead futures on the Shanghai Futures Exchange.
The bourse has completed drafts of lead futures contracts and drawn up strict rules on transactions, settlements and deliveries, the China Securities Regulatory Commission said in a statement.
Trading of lead futures will start after the CSRC approved the futures contracts, and the exact time will be decided by the bourse.
