CHINA’S net foreign financial assets totaled US$1.99 trillion at the end of March, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange said yesterday. The total comprised US$6.12 trillion of foreign assets — outbound direct investment, securities and reserve assets — and US$4.13 trillion of foreign debt — inbound direct investment and securities.
