Onetouch help for small firms

THE Onetouch platform, which offers one-stop foreign trade assistance service under Alibaba Group, officially started operation in Shanghai yesterday.
It is expected to facilitate Shanghai’s foreign trade, especially for exporters and importers in small- and medium-sized companies.
The Onetouch platform, accessed through onetouch.alibaba.com, can complete all clearance, tax refund, foreign exchange, logistics and financing services for exporters and importers. It can help to save costs and create data of traders for their partners to track.
The platform has been operating in provinces including Zhejiang, Fujian and Shandong as well as Shenzhen City to become a platform conducting exports worth US$15 billion.
Shanghai’s foreign trade dipped 0.7 percent from a year earlier to 1.5 trillion yuan (US$224 billion) in the first seven months, better than the national loss of 3 percent.
