Shanghai office workers turn less confident in year-end bonus, survey finds
WHITE collar workers in Shanghai are not confident about year-end bonus and nearly half of them have been considering changing jobs, recruitment portal zhaopin.com said in a survey today.
It found 54.4 percent respondents are unsure or very unsure if they can get better year-end bonus this year, according to the survey covering 1,248 local respondents.
The result was at the same level as the national average.
Meanwhile, 54.6 percent of the respondents said they may change jobs mainly due to concerns over career development and salaries, the survey found.
A total of 10.9 percent of the respondents said they are already undergoing job hopping procedures.
