CHINA Mobile Communications Corp, the world's largest cell phone company by users, expects to roll out its third-generation services in 238 cities by the end of October, Xinhua news agency reported, citing Vice President Li Yue. The parent company of the Hong Kong-listed China Mobile Ltd also aims to build the world's biggest 3G network within three years, Li said.
