SAMSUNG Electronics yesterday unveiled the new Galaxy Note 5 and S6 Edge Plus in Shanghai, with the latter priced lower than the previous S6 Edge.
Samsung’s 5.7-inch curved-screen S6 Edge Plus smartphone will cost from 5,888 yuan (US$920) in the domestic market, compared with a starting price of 6,888 yuan for the 5.1-inch S6 Edge a year ago. But Samsung didn’t reveal the price of Galaxy Note 5.
They will be sold soon in China, Samsung said, without giving a date.
