China Mobile users up

CHINA Mobile’s user base reached 826 million in 2015, thus maintaining its dominant position among users and the 4G market.
At the end of December, China Mobile had 826.2 million mobile users. Among them were 312.3 million 4G users — 24.9 million more than the previous year, the telecom giant said.
Smaller rivals China Unicom and China Telecom recently reported a drop in their user base, which they blamed on fierce competition. China Unicom had 287 million mobile users at the end of 2015, down by 12.4 million over the past year. China Telecom had 91 million mobile users in 2015. Neither mentioned their 4G user bases.
