City will host bitcoin expo in September

BITCOINEXPO 2014 will open in Shanghai on September 19. The three-day event aims to provide the Chinese bitcoin community with exhibition of innovative products and services. International experts will deliver speeches on the latest trends in the industry.

Event manager Andrej Sebesta says the expo will be a good place to mingle and network.

“It will be the best opportunity for networking and building relations and a great chance to get to know Chinese culture better,” says event manager Andrej Sebesta.

Bitcoin is a currency invented in 2009 that allows people to buy goods online anonymously. Trading in bitcoins is unregulated by banks or governments. People can send bitcoins to each other using apps on mobile devices or computers.
