ZURICH-BASED Publicitas Ltd yesterday said it has merged its digital consulting business in China into SinoTech Group, which focuses on improving a company's online presence via digital marketing strategies and technologies.

The consolidation of its Chinese digital business extends the partnership of the two firms, which said earlier they will cooperate on Internet advertising sales in China and overseas.
