Fuji Xerox sees China income rise 30%

FUJI Xerox Co's Chinese revenue may grow 30 percent annually to 100 billion yen (US$1.25 billion) in the next two or three years via more distribution channels and adding clients.

The Chinese revenue of Fuji Xerox, a joint venture between Japan-based Fuji and US-based Xerox, was 60 billion yen in 2011. It will grow 30 percent annually to 100 billion yen.

"China has become our biggest profit engine. It's the only region with an annual growth rate over 20 percent in the past four years in Fuji Xerox's global business," Xu Zhenggang, Fuji Xerox China's CEO and president, said yesterday in Shanghai.

Between 2012 and 2014, Fuji Xerox will expand sale channels in China and develop new clients.
