HEWLETT-PACKARD Co yesterday appointed Steve Gill as managing director for the China market as the world's biggest personal computer maker focuses on growth in "key markets including China and India."
Gill was appointed managing director and vice president of Global Sales for China HP effective July 1.
He will report to Piau-Phang Foo, managing director and senior vice president of Global Sales for HP Asia Pacific and Japan. China is the world's No. 2 computer market.
