IBM Helps in 'smart city' project

THE Kunshan government, IBM and CVIC Software Engineering Co will jointly build the city in Jiangsu Province into a "smart city."
IBM will help Kunshan set up information technology infrastructure on e-governance, food system management, water resource management, digitalized transport and public health care, the three parties said yesterday.
