Rising Yuan Slows Electronics Exports In Q3
THE pace of growth in China's electronics exports slowed in the third quarter due to an appreciating yuan which made products less price-competitive in overseas markets, the industry regulator said yesterday.
China's 3G user base doubled from last year's level to 34.99 million by the end of September, said the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
From July to September, electronics exports rose 25.3 percent annually, below the first half's growth rate of 31 percent.
