SHANDA Games will establish a new operation center in Europe this year and seek merger and acquisition opportunities to push its overseas expansion, the Shanghai-based game giant said yesterday. Overseas income will account for 20 percent of the firm's total revenue next year, double the current level, Chief Executive Alan Tan said.
