ALIBABA Pictures Group Ltd said over the weekend that its online ticketing platform Tao Piaopiao raised 1.7 billion yuan (US$261 million) in series-A fundraising.
Venture capital firm CDH Investments, Ant Financial Services Group, Internet portal Sina.com and several other investors purchased a combined 12.4 percent equity stake in Tao Piaopiao, according to a stock exchange filing.
