XBox One and PS4 at fair

MICROSOFT and Sony will display their latest video game consoles, XBox One and PlayStation 4, at the biggest annual exhibition for game and animation fans in China at the end of July, an organizer said yesterday.
Both companies opened offices in Shanghai’s pilot free trade zone last month that will help them sell their consoles on the Chinese mainland after the government overturned a previous ban on their sales.
The organizer of the 12th China Joy exhibition, Howell International Trade Fair Ltd, said the opening of the FTZ, which allows foreign firms to sell and produce games and game equipment there, will draw more overseas game companies to China and shake up the Chinese game market.
