Biggest share sale

SHANGHAI Pharmaceuticals Holding Co, China's second-largest drug distributor, raised HK$15.3 billion (US$2 billion) in Hong Kong's biggest share sale this year, two people with knowledge of the matter said.

The Shanghai-traded drug maker sold 664.2 million shares at HK$23 a piece, near the middle of a range marketed to investors, said the people, who declined to be identified before an announcement. The shares were originally offered at HK$21.80 to HK$26 each.
