SHANGHAI Pharmaceutical Co yesterday said it has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Pfizer to pursue potential business opportunities in China.
The two parties will leverage each other's strengths to combine Pfizer's global capabilities in developing innovative drugs and the Chinese firm's extensive reach in the country.
They also plan to explore future cooperation opportunities in research and development, manufacturing, equity investment and distribution.
