NOVARTIS Oncology said it will expand research and development facilities in the Chinese market and accelerate drug approval process to make more products available domestically.
The investment is among the US$1 billion injection in the next five years from Novartis AG to build its third-largest R&D center in the world in the Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park in Pudong New Area.
