Siemens Signs MoU
GERMAN industrial conglomerate Siemens has signed a memorandum of understanding with China's top planning agency for the development of green technologies.
The framework agreement will focus on technological innovation, energy saving and emissions reductions, as well as the development of central and west China.
The MoU was signed on Tuesday in Berlin by Zhang Xiaoqiang, vice director of China's National Development and Reform Commission, and Peter Loscher, president and CEO of Siemens AG.
