CHINESE property group Wanda said today it had agreed to buy US cinema chain AMC Entertainment in a US$2.6 billion deal that would create the world's largest cinema owner.
Wanda, which owns movie theatres, luxury hotels and shops across China, said the deal would make it a "truly global" cinema proprietor.
