PHOENIX Satellite Television Holdings Ltd plans to spin off its new media unit and list it on NASDAQ or New York Stock Exchange in the near future.
The Hong Kong-listed media group said it will still hold more than 50 percent in Phoenix New Media Ltd. Phoenix New Media will include iFeng.com, the news website affiliated with Phoenix Satellite TV, and other value-added services.
